Ingredients-
Strawberries-
3 cups of strawberries
1/3 cup stevia
Batter-
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup stevia
1 cup warm almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8 tablespoons of apple sauce
Directions-
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add strawberries to a bowl and coat with stevia.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, stevia, vanilla,and apple sauce to a separate bowl and mix.
- Warm almond milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Combine milk with the batter ingredients and mix.
- Place batter on the bottom of a greased pan and place strawberries on top of the batter and do no mix.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes.
